* Each partner will complete one task at a time: Partner 1 must finish all of the reps of a particular movement before partner 2 starts same movement. Workout starts with 1 Bar MU, then 2 Thruster and 1 Bar MU, then 3 Burpee, 2 Thruster and 1 Bar MU… And so on adding a rep and movement every round.
